An outer peripheral side wall of the electrode post structure defines a sealing ring accommodation groove. The sealing ring is disposed on the outer peripheral side wall of the electrode post structure and accommodated within the sealing ring accommodation groove; the sealing ring is in sealed cooperation with the sealing ring accommodation groove, thereby enhancing the sealing performance between the sealing ring and the electrode post structure.",
