Embodiments of this application provide a lens, a projection apparatus, a display apparatus, and a transportation means, and pertains to the field of optical technologies. The lens includes a first lens group, an aperture stop, and a second lens group that are arranged from an image side to an object side. The first lens group includes at least three lens elements. In a direction from the image side to the object side, a first one, a second one, and a third one of the lens elements that are in the first lens group and that are closest to the image side have a negative focal power, a positive focal power, and a negative focal power, respectively. The second lens group includes at least three lens elements. In the direction from the image side to the object side, a second one and a third one of the lens elements that are in the second lens group and that are closest to the aperture stop both have a positive focal power. The lens provided in embodiments of this application can meet high definition and high reliability requirements for projection.
