A battery pack includes a battery cell and a protection circuit module connected to the battery cell, wherein the battery cell includes an electrode assembly and an electrode tab extending from the electrode assembly, wherein the protection circuit module includes a substrate and a substrate tab connected to the substrate, wherein the electrode tab includes an electrode sealing portion extending from a housing of the electrode assembly and an electrode bending portion extending from the electrode sealing portion, and wherein the substrate tab is formed to be arranged between the electrode bending portion and the substrate and formed to be in contact with the electrode bending portion and the substrate.
