The piston comprises: a piston seat comprising a front surface and a first recess recessed from the front surface; and a piston head mounted to a front side of the piston seat and comprising an abutting surface abutting against the front surface, a front side of the piston head being provided with a second recess. The piston is provided with a pressure control mechanism configured to block gas flow from flowing forward when gas pressure on a rear side of the piston seat is less than a preset value; and to form a gas flow passage when the gas pressure on the rear side of the piston seat is greater than or equal to the preset value, the gas flow passage being adapted to deflect the gas flow and allow the gas flow to flow toward the front of the piston. The piston can realize pressure relief under an abnormal working condition while having good sealing characteristics, and is simple in structure, convenient to be manufactured and low in cost.",
