The present application provides a battery cell, a battery, and an electrical apparatus. The battery cell (200) includes a case (221); an electrode assembly (21), the electrode assembly (21) being provided with a tab (211); and a current collector plate (30) including a first connecting plate (31) and a second connecting plate (32) that are connected, where the first connecting plate (31) is connected to the tab (211) by welding, and the second connecting plate (32) is connected to the case (221) by welding; and in a direction perpendicular to a thickness direction of the second connecting plate (32), a projection of the first connecting plate (31) at least partially overlaps with a projection of the second connecting plate (32). The current collector plate (30) can improve the stability and reliability of a connection between the case (221) and the tab (211); in addition, the current collector plate (30) has a small thickness, which can reduce occupied space in the battery cell (200) to improve energy density of the battery cell (200).
