The calibration method comprises the following steps: - selecting a first plane surface (8) and a second plane surface (9); - acquiring measurements by means of the system by orienting the pointing direction towards the first plane surface (8), and respectively towards the second plane surface (9), according to a plurality of predetermined orientations; - applying a processing algorithm to the measurements acquired in the previous step in order to extract the misalignment angles between the navigation frame (21) and the pointing frame (22).",
