Refrigerant condenser unit (100) as a housing-protected component of a cooling or air conditioning device, in particular for refrigerant transporters, with refrigerant evaporation arranged separately from the refrigerant condenser unit, with a device carrier (20) with at least one component of a refrigerant circuit attached thereto, in particular in a horizontal position, in particular an electrically driven refrigerant compressor (30), with a heat exchanger (10) arranged on the device carrier (20), serving as a condenser, through which air can flow transversely, with connecting lines for liquid and/or vaporous refrigerant for a refrigerant circuit including connection connectors to at least one refrigerant evaporator of a refrigerant circuit and with a fan (13) through which the heat exchanger (10) is transversely flowed by air and with a housing (25) or partial housing, wherein the heat exchanger (10) has an open front ends (12A, 12B) and a jacket shape forming an interior space (11) and the jacket-shaped heat exchanger (10) accommodates the at least one component of a refrigerant circuit, in particular a refrigerant compressor (30) operated by onboard voltage, in the interior space (11) formed by the heat exchanger.
