GAS TURBINE STARTING/STOPPING DEVICE

This starting/stopping device (1) is equipped with: a transmission rotation shall (4) which rotates integrally with a gas turbine (2); a hydraulic pump (10) for contiguously generating a prescribed oil pressure; a high-pressure oil reservoir (5) into which the oil pressure generated by the hydraulic pump is introduced; a low-pressure oil reservoir (6) into which the toil pressure generated by the hydraulic pump is introduced, and which is set to a lower pressure than the high-pressure oil reservoir; a hydraulic motor (20) which uses the oil pressure to rotate the transmission rotation shaft; an oil-pressure switching valve (9) for introducing, into the hydraulic motor, the oil pressure from either the high-pressure oil reservoir or the low-pressure oil reservoir; and a rotation controller for controlling the hydraulic motor on the basis of the rotational frequency of the gas turbine.
