Said seat (5) comprises at least one suspension system (40) having a spring member (50) suspending said bucket (10) to said frame (15) as a function of the passenger's mass, an indexing means (60) mechanical cooperating with an index (30), said seat (5) comprising a mechanical inhibition system (70) to block the suspension system (40) during a crash.
