In air cells (B1) which are stacked on one another and used as an assembled battery (A), the present invention is characterized in that in an electrolytic solution layer (25) which is formed between a positive electrode material (22) and a negative electrode material (35), one or two or more deformation prevention materials (12) are arranged for preventing deformation by abutting the positive electrode material (22) or the negative electrode material (35) or abutting both of them.
