Local energy system

A local energy system contains a local power grid (12) which is connected to an electrical supply network via a grid connection (18); at least one power-controlled consumer (16) which is connected to the local power grid (12); at least one local energy generator (22) which is connected to the local power grid (12); and a grid connection meter (20) which detects the power drawn by the local power grid (12) from the electrical supply network and the power fed into the electrical supply network by the at least one local energy generator (22). Furthermore, a control device (28) is provided which is coupled to the grid connection meter (20) and which controls a time and an amount of power consumption of the at least one power-controlled consumer (16) from the local power grid (12) as a function of the power fed into the electrical supply network by the at least one local energy generator (22).
