The present invention relates to a human-machine interface (10) of a vehicle (1) equipped with a designation means (40). The interface (10) comprises a base and a support (20) extending in elevation from said base (15). A notch (30) is formed in a lateral face (22) of said support (20) according to an elevation direction (Z) and is shaped in the form of a thumb. An upper face (21) of the support comprises an ergonomic armrest (35) provided with two raised edges (36) extending symmetrically on either side of a longitudinal axis of symmetry (AX) of the armrest (35). A front face (25) of the support extends in elevation from the base (15) from a lower portion (25') on which the designation means (40) is arranged toward an upper convex portion (25") to support a palm of a user.
