BATTERY HOLDER

A battery holder (10) includes a terminal component (20) electrically connected to one electrode of a battery (15) and a battery restraining part (53) that is separate from the terminal component (20). The terminal component includes: a fixed portion (21) fixed to a mounting surface; an arm portion (22) extending from the fixed portion (21) to come into contact with said electrode; and a cutout portion (27) opened toward the battery (15) in said arm portion. The battery restraining part (53) is located between the terminal component (20) and the battery (15) while being received by the cutout portion (27), in order to accept an impact load from the battery (15).
