The present invention relates to an electromagnetically actuated valve for controlling fluids, comprising an inner pole (2) and a magnetic armature (3), wherein the inner pole (2) has a first end face (20) directed toward the magnetic armature (3) and the magnetic armature (3) has a second end face (30) directed toward the inner pole (2), wherein a first contact line (8) and a second contact line (9) are present between the first and second end faces (20, 30) when the inner pole (2) and the magnetic armature (3) come into contact, and wherein a damping volume (10) is present between the first and second contact lines (8, 9) when the inner pole and the magnetic armature come into contact.
