Provided is an air conditioning control system in which after an adjustment of a consumed energy amount has been performed, the timing of performing the next adjustment of the consumed energy amount can be appropriately established. An air conditioning control system for adjusting the consumed energy amount of air conditioners installed in a property within an adjustment time period comprises a control apparatus and an assessment apparatus (130). The control apparatus performs adjustment control for controlling the air conditioners so that the consumed energy amount is adjusted in the adjustment time period. After the adjustment time period, the assessment apparatus (130) assesses the possible amount of the next adjustment control on the basis of environmental parameters of the air conditioned spaces.
