The trim element (1) comprises a body (2) and a guiding device (4) integral with the body (2) and comprising a transversal wall (10) and a flap (12) connected to the transversal wall (10) by a hinge (14), said flap (12) being movable relative to said transversal wall (10) between a closed position and an opened position.The guiding device (4) comprises an overmolded structure (32) comprising a transversal wall portion (34) extending in the thickness of the transversal wall (10) and a flap portion (36) extending in the thickness of the flap (12), the guiding device (4) further comprising a net (22), comprising one end (24) overmolded by the transversal wall portion (34) and one central portion overmolded by the flap portion (36).
