The invention relates to an assembly for producing a windscreen wiping system (10) of a vehicle, comprising an end piece (14) of a wiping brush holder (12), intended to move a wiping brush (16), a connection interface (50) and an intermediate piece (40) called a shim, said assembly being able to occupy a working position in which said interface (50) is free with respect to said end piece (14) and a so-called service position in which said interface (50) is retained in an oriented manner inside said end piece (14) by said shim (40). The invention also relates to a connection device for a windscreen wiping system (10) of a vehicle comprising such an assembly as well as a windscreen wiping system (10) of a vehicle comprising a brush (16), a brush holder (12) and such a connection device.
