The processing circuitry (1002) is configured to obtain relative positions of the first trailer (11), relative to the tractor (10). The processing circuitry (1002) is configured to, estimate a motion (m1, m2) of the plurality of trailers (12). based on the relative positions of the first trailer (11) and the status of the combination vehicle (1).The processing circuitry (1002) is configured to, determine whether or not the combination vehicle (1) is unstable based on the estimated motion (m1, m2) of the plurality of trailers (12).
