The grab handle (6) is arranged to be displaceable in the recess (A1) in the grab handle longitudinal direction for transferring from a non-use position into a use position, and is pivotable about a transverse axis of the ladder (3) running transversely to an ascent direction of the ladder (3) in the recess (A1) into an intermediate position. The ladder (3) has a ladder locking structure (7) arranged below the recess (A1) in the ascent direction and corresponding to a grab handle locking structure (6.1), wherein the grab handle (6) can be slid onto the ladder locking structure (7) or inserted into the ladder locking structure (7) starting from the intermediate position with an end on the locking side. The grab handle (6) is locked in the use position in a state of being slid onto the ladder locking structure (7) or inserted into the ladder locking structure (7), and a free end of the grab handle (6) opposite the end on the locking side is arranged above the ladder (3) in the ascent direction.",
