Battery system comprising a plurality of cells (1) arranged in at least one stack, wherein a pole (1.1P) of a first cell (1.1) is electrically conductively connected to a pole (1.2P) of a second cell (1.2) by means of a cell connector (2), an electronics unit (4) which is configured to detect the voltage of the cells (1), wherein a first pin (5.1) is arranged on the cell connector (2) and at least one second pin (5.2) is arranged on the electronics unit (4), and a conductor (3), wherein the conductor (3) forms an electrically conductive connection between the first pin (5.1) and the second pin (5.2), and wherein the conductor (3) has at least one flexible section (7), wherein the conductor (3) comprises a first contact element (6.1) which is electrically conductively connected to a first end of the flexible section (7), wherein the first contact element (6.1) is electrically conductively connected to the first pin (5.1), and wherein the conductor (3) comprises a second contact element (6.2) which is electrically conductively connected to a second end of the flexible section (7), wherein the second contact element (6.2) is electrically conductively connected to the second pin (5.2), as well as method for producing an electrically conductive connection between a cell connector (2) and an electronics unit (4) of a battery system.
