"textContent": "The invention relates to a ring laser (30) comprising: - a ring optical cavity and a gaseous medium (102), at least three electrodes in contact with the gas of the amplifying medium, said electrodes being capable of generating charges when an ignition electrical voltage is applied, - said cavity and a distribution of said electrodes comprising at least one plane of symmetry (xz) perpendicular to the plane of the cavity and passing through said electrode of the first type (E), - at least one electrically conductive ignition element (CE'1, CE'2) set at a predetermined potential, and whose shape and arrangement are such that said symmetry is respected, - said electrically conductive element being adapted to locally generate an electric field capable of guiding said charges so that they are distributed symmetrically according to a first flow (F1) and a second flow (F2) in respectively said first (Z1) and second (Z2) discharge zones during the application of said ignition voltage, so as to simultaneously initialize a first plasma (P1) and a second plasma (P2) respectively in said first discharge zone (Z1) and in said second discharge zone (Z2).",
