Motor vehicle compressed air system

The invention relates to a motor vehicle compressed air system (3-10), in particular for supplying compressed air to a compressed air brake system (2) in a motor vehicle (1), in particular in a commercial vehicle, with an air compressor (3) for generating compressed air and an air dryer (4) for drying the compressed air generated by the air compressor (3) as well as with a heat exchanger (5) for temperature control of the compressed air generated by the air compressor (3), which is then supplied to the air dryer (4) in tempered form. It is proposed that instead of a conventional air-to-air heat exchanger, a compressed air-to-liquid heat exchanger (5) is used, which transfers heat between the compressed air and a liquid.
