An electromagnetic shielding tool (1) includes a metallic cloth (3) and two bracket body portions (2). The two bracket body portions (2) each include two elongated portions (10) and a coupling portion (20,4), and respectively hold a first outer edge portion (31) and a second outer edge portion (32) on the side opposite to the first outer edge portion among four outer edge portions of the metallic cloth (3) so as to form a ring that surrounds the periphery of electrical wires (9). The two elongated portions (10) are made of a conductive material, are joined to the metallic cloth (3) in the state of being arranged in series along an outer edge portion of the metallic cloth (3), and form a ring shape due to being combined with each other on two sides of the electrical wires (9). The coupling portion (20,4) couples end portions of the two elongated portions (10) to each other and holds the two elongated portions (10) in the ring shape.
