COOLING DEVICE

A cooling device capable of improving constancy of the ability of a coolant to cool a heat source is provided. A cooling device (1) cooling an HV device (31, 33) includes a compressor (12) compressing a coolant; a heat exchanger (14) performing heat exchange between the coolant and outside air; an expansion valve (16) decompressing the coolant; a heat exchanger (18) performing heat exchange between the coolant and air-conditioning air; a cooling unit (30) connected in parallel with the heat exchanger (18) and cooling the HV device (31, 33) using the coolant; an expansion valve (19) provided on a downstream side of the heat exchanger (18) and regulating pressure of the coolant flowing through the heat exchanger (18); and an expansion valve (39) provided on a downstream side of the cooling unit (30) and regulating the pressure of the coolant flowing through the cooling unit (30). The expansion valve (19) is regulated in opening degree in accordance with a temperature of the coolant between the expansion valve (16) and the expansion valve (19). The expansion valve (39) is regulated in opening degree in accordance with a temperature of the coolant between the expansion valve (16) and the expansion valve (39).
