  "textContent": "The invention relates to a soundproofing panel (1) for an automotive vehicle dashboard, said panel comprising: a shell (2) based on a layer of felt with substantially homogeneous surface mass density, said felt comprising structural fibers bound by a heat-activatable binder, said shell being thermoformed, said shell being divided between an upper zone (3) intended to cover the top of said dashboard and a lower zone (4) intended to cover the bottom of said dashboard, said lower zone being compressed relative to said upper zone so as to present accentuated rigidity; a waterproof layer (5) based on thermoplastic elastomeric material, said layer extending substantially against the entirety of the underside of said lower zone by penetrating it at the surface to ensure cohesion between them; a spring layer (6) based on elastically compressible foam overmolding on one hand the underside of said upper zone, by partially penetrating it so as to form a waterproof interface crust, and on the other hand the underside of said waterproof layer.",
