Disclosed herein is encapsulated into the conveyor's segment the conveyor condition monitoring system protected from the harsh environment and devoted to the monitoring and control of the temperature, humidity, acidity, etc., or any other parameters informing on the hygienic state of the conveyor's surface. Acquired by sensors, the data about the state of the conveyor surface is collected by the controller and transmitted to a wireless data hub based on Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, ZigBee, or other wireless communication protocols.
