The first communication interface 102 receives a residual energy quantity message and an acceptable energy message of a chargeable battery 90 of the electric vehicle 9. By comparing the model number message and the destination with a database, a type of the chargeable battery 90 and a travelable path are realized. The chargeable battery 90 is charged according to the type of the chargeable battery 90, the travelable path and the residual energy quantity message until a residual energy quantity of the chargeable battery 90 is equal to an estimated energy quantity required to drive the electric vehicle 9 to the destination along the travelable path.",
