In each current-carrying branch, at least three measurement points (M11-M23) are attached to measure the parameters at respective current-carrying branches, and the parameters are sent to central monitoring system. Based on detected parameters, energy production values for each participant of each region are estimated to estimate region parameters for network using network states (RE) and static electric parameters (PA).
