A communication apparatus comprises: power receiving means for receiving electrical power wirelessly supplied from another communication apparatus; first communication means for performing, in response to a first power receiving process by the power receiving means, communication for requesting a supply of electrical power via a second power receiving process using electrical power received via the first power receiving process; and control means for controlling the communication apparatus such that the communication apparatus operates using electrical power received via the second power receiving process by the power receiving means.
