Stability support layer for pneumatic vehicle tires

The stability support layer (13) has a stability support that is embedded in an elastomer material (10), where the stability support has multiple mono yarns (11). The mono yarns stability support are made of basalt fibers. The mono yarns are made of cellulose-based fibers or chemical fibers. The basalt fibers are provided with an epoxy or vinyl functionalization. The stability supports is a cord made of yarn.
