A vehicle battery fixing structure of the present invention is outfitted with a battery pan (4) fixed to a side member which makes up a vehicle body, a main battery (2) fixed on the battery pan (4), a sub-battery (3) that is on the battery pan (4) and that is placed side by side on a front side of the vehicle, and a battery bracket (6) to be placed on a back surface of the sub-battery (3) so as to cover an entire back surface of the sub-battery (3).
