Exhaust structure of battery case

An exhaust structure of a battery case, which structure prevents the entry of water, saves space, and simplifies amounting structure, is provided. The exhaust structure of a battery case (1) accommodating a plurality of batteries (4) characterized by : an exhaust vent through which exhaust within the battery case passes; and a cover member (12) covering the exhaust vent. The exhaust vent is composed of a plurality of openings (14) defined by tubular portions (13). The cover member is provided such that a first gap (32) is formed between the cover member and the tubular portions, and that second gaps (31) are formed between the cover member and the battery case.
