The device has a refrigeration system with a compressor (1), an outer heat exchanger (4) and an inner heat exchanger (3) that are associated with an inner heating capacitor (2). A device for generating thermally coupled air flow is connected with the inner heat exchanger through inner heating capacitor. A metering device (6) performs adjustment of air flow rate. A refrigerant circuit is associated with through-flow of refrigerant in exhaust heat exchanger through which flow of air from inner space of vehicle into outer space is guided. An independent claim is included for an air-conditioning method of vehicle.
