An adjusting device for a vehicle component comprises at least one inflatable chamber and a pump (7) configured to supply fluid to the at least one inflatable chamber. The pump (7) comprises a housing (30-33), a first output port (21) provided on the housing (30-33) and a second output port (22) provided on the housing (30-33). At least one of the first and second output ports (21, 22) has an integrated check valve (25, 26, 27, 28) disposed at the respective output port (21, 22). The integrated check valve (25, 26, 27, 28) is configured to receive fluid discharged from a pump chamber and is in direct fluid communication with the respective output port (21, 22). The integrated check valve (25, 26, 27, 28) is arranged within the housing (30-33).
