The adjuster has a cartridge (2) comprising a twist external thread (9) that is in intervention with a twist inner groove (6) of an axial non-relocatable and torque-proof stored drive case (3). An output case (4) comprises another twist inner groove (7) that is intervention with another twist external thread (10) of the cartridge. The cartridge comprises a linear force retainer (26) at an end of a counter bearing (5), where the linear force retainer comprises a coupling element (1) for coupling of linear drives (24.1, 24.2).
