A bulge suppressing portion (5e) is provided for absorbing bulging occurring on an outer peripheral surface of the guide part (5a), the bulging being caused by the press-fitting of a nail pin (20) into a press-fitting hole (5b) in a direction slightly toward the rotational axis with respect to the guide section (5a) and following the axial direction of the nozzle mount (5).",
