The device (1) has an elastic decoupling stud (9) comprising upper end with a masking flange (11) in continuity with an upper face (3) of an acoustic protection panel (2) to mask a cuff (7) and lower end with a housing (12) to receive fitment end. A rigidification piece (14) includes a tubular part (15) housing a lower zone (16) of vertical section (10) and projecting from the panel to draw aside the housing. The part has interior with a reciprocal anchoring zone (17) to anchor the stud on the part and exterior with a fitment zone (18) on a periphery of opening (8) at bottom of the cuff.
