A suspension device includes: a coil spring (7) which allows a vehicle body (5) to elastically receive the vertical movement of a wheel (3) and which is disposed at a position facing a side (13a) of the tire (13) of the wheel (3); and a movement restriction section (29e) which is provided within an inner space (8) of the coil spring (7) at a position facing the side (13a) of the tire (13) and which restricts the movement of the coil spring (7) toward the tire (13).
