A double seal 71 provided between a fuel pump insertion port and a flange 43 of a fuel pump is constructed by an outer seal 72 and an inner seal 82 as separate bodies. The outer seal 72 is provided with outer seal inward projecting portions 73 projecting inwards in the radial direction, and the inner seal 82 is provided with inner seal outward projecting portions 83 projecting outwards in the radial direction. Slits 48, 49 serving as positioning portions in which the respective projecting portions 73, 83 are fitted are provided, and the respective projecting portions 73, 83 are alternately arranged along the peripheral direction of the seals 72, 82, and located within the same width in the radial direction.",
