Provided are a non-contact power transmitting device which simultaneously charges power receiving devices, a power receiving device, and a non-contact charging method. Referenced is variable information used in varying a resonance frequency of a Q value of a resonance circuit of a power receiving unit of each equipment device associated with a combination of equipment devices. Variable information with which a resonance frequency of a resonance circuit of an equipment device having the maximum charging power is a power transmitting frequency is selected. Variable information with which a resonance frequency of a resonance circuit of a power receiving unit of each equipment device other than the equipment device having the maximum charging power may be supplied from transmitting power charging power corresponding to each equipment device other than the equipment device having the maximum charging power. Each piece of variable information is transmitted to an equipment device corresponding to each equipment device having a power receiving device. A resonance frequency of a resonance circuit is varied. An efficiency associated with identification information is referred to. Transmitting power is obtained using charging power and efficiency corresponding to each acquired equipment device. The obtained transmitting power is transmitted at a power transmitting frequency.
