The system (1) has an electro-chemical storage device (100) with an anode chamber (11) and a cathode chamber (21). The anode chamber is disconnected from cathode chamber by ion-conductive solid electrolyte (30). The anode chamber is limited to one side partially through solid electrolyte and another side partially covered by solid electrolyte partially surrounds a wall (40). The electrochemical storage device has a head portion (110). A heat sink (200) is adapted to receive heat through a surface (210) from electrochemical storage device. An independent claim is included for a method for manufacturing system for operating electro-chemical storage device.
