Battery pack

Provided is a battery pack. The battery pack includes a bare cell enclosed by a cap plate, and a protective circuit module disposed on the cap plate, wherein the protective circuit module includes a first PCB and a second PCB disposed on the first PCB. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a battery pack enabling a simplified structure of a protective circuit module for controlling charging and discharging operations, and simplified manufacturing processes of the structure is provided.
