Steering wheel for a vehicle, in particular a commercial vehicle

The steering wheel (2) has a steering wheel hub (4) and an outer steering wheel rim (6), where the steering wheel hub comprises a hub-base element (7) at which another hub element is connected as an integral component of the steering wheel hub. The other hub element forms a flat bearing surface as blotting pad (11) in a displacement- or use position together with the hub-base element. The later hub element is a hub-pivot element (9) hinged pivotally at the hub base element by a pivot hinge connection (8).
