The rotation blocking system (108) comprises a rotatable mobile device (110) intended to rotate around a first axis (A1) and provided with a radial stop (114); a lever (116) intended to rotate around a second axis (A2) in order to take a blocking position in which it is intended to stop the radial stop (114) in order to prevent rotation of the rotatable mobile device (110), and a non-blocking position in which it stays away from the radial stop (114) in order to enable rotation of the rotatable mobile device (110); and an actuator (128) comprising a retractable part (130) intended to move along a third axis (A3) in order to take a blocking position in which it is intended to stop the lever (116) so as to prevent rotation of the lever (116) from its blocking position to its non-blocking position, and a non-blocking position in which it enables the lever (116) to be in its non-blocking position. The third axis (A3) makes with the second axis (A2) an angle different from a right angle.
