Provided are a method and system for monitoring indirectly a tire pressure applicable to a complex drive working condition. The method includes: S1, obtaining an independent tire speed time stamp signal of each tire of a vehicle, calculating a real-time rolling characteristic of each tire on the basis of the tire speed time stamp signal; S2, obtaining a real-time monitoring signal of the vehicle, identifying a current working condition of the vehicle on the basis of a state position change of a particular signal value or a signal regular change of the monitoring signal of the entire vehicle, and analyzing and disabling or compensating the real-time rolling characteristic on the basis of the current working condition to correct an abnormal change in a rolling characteristic of the tire caused due to the current working condition; S3, on the basis of the correspondence between the rolling characteristic and the tire pressure of the tire, calculating the tire pressure on the basis of the corrected rolling characteristic of the tire. The present invention improves the accuracy of monitoring the tire pressure under the complex drive working condition and reduces the false alarm or omission alarm of the system for monitoring indirectly the tire pressure in an actual vehicle environment.
