The photovoltaic energy storage power station comprises a wind and photovoltaic power grid and an electric energy storage apparatus; the wind and photovoltaic power grid generates electricity by wind and photovoltaic power and is integrated into a public grid system; and an input end of the electric energy storage apparatus is connected to the wind and photovoltaic power grid, absorbs electric energy of the wind and photovoltaic power grid as needed by using the electric energy storage apparatus, and stores the electric energy in an energy storage mode, and an output end of the electric energy storage apparatus supplies the stored energy to a user.
