AIRBAG DEVICE

An airbag device () includes: an inflator (); a first panel () that has a first fixing portion () and a second fixing portion () that are different parts from an edge portion () and that face each other; a second panel () that makes up a sack-like airbag along with the first panel (); and a regulating member () provided within the airbag. The length from the first fixing portion () to the second fixing portion () of the first panel () is longer than a length from a first part () to a second part () of the regulating member (). The airbag has a main bag () and a sub-inflating portion (), and when inflated and deployed, gas from the inflator () in introduced to the main bag (), the first panel () faces a passenger, and the sub-inflating portion () catches the passenger.
