A head control circuit, a head power supply, and a light emitter are electrically coupled to each other and positioned within the head member. A head power button is operatively coupled to the head control circuit and positioned on a perimeter surface of the head member. The head control circuit is programmed for activating the light emitter to emit a light pattern when the head power button is actuated. A clip is attached to the head member which is configured for removably coupling to an article of clothing when the head member is detached from the handle.",
