Further, when a phase of a current and a phase of a voltage in the power reception device are deviated from each other, the control device sets switching timings of the switching elements to the short-circuit mode in a manner that the phase of the voltage is shifted in a direction in which a power factor of power supplied to the load is deteriorated.",
