When a change condition including a condition that the internal combustion engine is being operated is met, the control device sets the lower limit at a value lower than while the internal combustion engine is at a stop. Preferably, the change condition further includes a condition that a magnitude of voltage change of the power storage device is less than or equal to a first threshold value in addition to the condition that the internal combustion engine is being operated.",
